Handmark Spins off Mobile Publishing Business as FreeRange360Portland, Oregon (USA) - September 9, 2011 - Handmark, together with FreeRange360, today announced an agreement to spin off its Mobile Publishing Business. Effective today, FreeRange360 will now run the mobile publishing business independently, including new and existing partners. Formally known as FreeRange Communications, the company was acquired by Handmark in 2009. FreeRange 360 returns to the management of its founding team based in Portland, Oregon (USA).
