If you are dissatisfied for any reason with an application you have purchased from Handmark®, please contact us at
http://support.handmark.com within 30 days of placing your order.
Our technicians can work with you to solve your problem, or provide you with a refund or store credit. After a refund has been processed, please delete the application and its associated registration information from your mobile device and desktop computer.
No refunds will be issued outside the initial 30-day return period.
Subscription Products Note: Subscription products will automatically renew for like terms unless cancelled by the subscriber. You may cancel your subscription products at any time via your Handmark Account. If you require assistance cancelling a subscription, please contact us.
Your ringtone purchase constitutes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user right to download and use the Content on a single device. Once your purchased ringtone has been successfully installed, the ringtone cannot be transferred or refunded.
If your ringtone cannot be delivered, Handmark will provide you with a refund for up to 30 days of purchase provided that non-delivery is not the result of user error.
Ringtone Delivery Note: Ringtone download links are delivered via text message (SMS). You have three (3) days after receipt of the message to click on the download link to download your ringtone. Once you click the download link, you have 30 minutes to complete the download.
