Terry Carlton Chief Financial Officer

Terry Carlton joined Handmark as its Chief Financial Officer in October 2008, and is now Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for leading all financial, human resource and real estate activities for the company.

Prior to joining Handmark, Terry spent 20 years at Sprint Nextel Corporation, most recently as vice president of Marketing and Development Finance. In this role, Terry provided the financial oversight and decision support for Sprint's $30 billion wireless service revenue, including pricing support, analysis of handset inventory, marketing and media investments, as well as reporting and analysis for more than 100 products. Terry led a number of other financial groups while at Sprint as vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis for the PCS wireless division, as well as Chief Internal Auditor reporting to the Audit Committee. Terry also provided the financial leadership for the multimedia business unit at Sprint, helping triple revenue to over $500 million in less than three years.

Before Sprint, Terry was an Audit Manager for KPMG where he provided audit services for a number of public or large companies in the Midwest region.

Terry earned a BS in Business Administration from Kansas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
