Evan Conway, Executive Vice President of Marketing

Evan Conway joined Handmark in July 2008 as the Executive Vice President of Marketing. He is responsible for leading marketing strategy and corporate communications for the company.

Prior to joining Handmark, Evan spent seven years as EVP with Positive Networks serving on the lead team with that company and launching several products that are the leaders in their market space. During his tenure with Positive Networks, he held leadership roles in marketing, sales, business development and product development. He has spoken at 100+ engagements relating to privacy/identity protection trends, remote access security, VPNs and two-factor authentication.

Before Positive Networks, Evan served as Assistant Vice President at Sprint with roles in sales, marketing, product development, business development, and technology planning. Evan was part of the lead team that grew Sprint's wholesale business from $500 million to $1.2 billion in less than two years. He lead consumer partnership marketing teams and managed the overall relationship between Sprint and EarthLink. He also led the initial product and marketing efforts for several new product initiatives for Sprint, including broadband wireless services that reached 25% broadband market share in 14 key markets less than 12 months after launch.

Previously, Evan headed up sales and marketing for C-Way Systems. As part of the founding team, he led all marketing efforts and partner distribution as part of growing this software systems firm until its sale to publicly traded Epicore. Evan has also worked for PepsiCo and owned and operated small businesses.

Evan graduated with Distinction from Cornell University, receiving a BS, a Certificate of Manufacturing and an MBA.
