If you are dissatisfied for any reason with an application you have purchased from Handmark.com, please visit www.handmark.com/support within 30 days of placing your order and click the "Ask a Question" tab to contact our Customer Care Team.

Our technicians can work with you to solve your problem, or provide you with a refund or exchange.

After a refund has been processed, please delete the application and its associated registration information from your mobile device and desktop computer.

Ringtones

Your ringtone purchase constitutes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user right to download and use the Content on a single device.

If your ringtone cannot be delivered, Handmark will provide you with a refund for up to 30 days of purchase provided that nondelivery is not the result of user error.

Ringtone Delivery Note: Ringtone download links are delivered via text message (SMS). You have three (3) days after receipt of the message to click on the download link to download your ringtone. Once you click the download link, you have 30 minutes to complete the download.
