The original service re-branded by Sprint as On Demand delivers News, Sports, Weather, Money, Movies and more free of charge. These services provide a sticky experience that keeps users coming back every day – 63% of users visit at least once a day.

Sprint On Demand has built a near 90% customer satisfaction rating by providing users with fun, interesting and useful information, a memorable customer experience, and the best mobile content available.

Preloaded on Sprint handsets from every major manufacturer and six different mobile device platforms, On Demand is easily discoverable. For users who aren’t familiar with the service prior to purchase, the eye-catching On Demand “Speedometer” logo is prominently displayed as an icon on the front page that customers immediately associate with the key benefit of the On Demand experience—speed.

Premium services within On Demand are offered as a free trial prior to purchase, and with features like 411 directory lookups, mapping, turn-by-turn driving directions, and TV Guide® it’s hard for users to resist flirting with them. Many users find the ability to perform white and yellow page searches without traditional service charges enough to justify its use, and the one-click to buy feature allows for quick, hassle-free purchase decisions.
